Patients register either by phone or by going in person, and a nurse follows up by phone, usually within a couple of hours, to triage and arrange the needed care; the most urgent cases are seen first regardless of arrival order. Urgent care runs seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., while appointment-based primary care for existing patients of the centre runs weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
