The YVR Medical Clinic, operated by Ultima Medical Services, is a walk-in clinic located inside the domestic terminal at Vancouver International Airport, serving airport staff and travellers. Patients can walk in without an appointment or call ahead to book, and the clinic offers family medicine, prescription refills, acute injury care and health screenings including pap tests, alongside aviation medical exams and occupational health services for workplace illness and injury. A valid Canadian provincial health card is needed to avoid a fee, and out-of-province and out-of-country patients are also accepted.
