This is a primary care teaching clinic affiliated with the Toronto Metropolitan University School of Medicine, serving Brampton and the Peel region. Patients join by completing an online registration form, after which the care team contacts them to arrange a first visit; care may be provided by supervised resident doctors as well as staff family physicians.
