About Ontario closure data

Ontario does not publish a centralized real-time emergency department closure feed at the provincial level. Some hospitals and hospital networks publish their own real-time wait time data, including TransformSSO partners, University Health Network, Oculys-equipped hospitals, and several regional hospital systems. Closures, when they occur, are typically announced by individual hospitals through their own communications channels.

Publisher: Individual hospitals and Local Health Integration Networks
Publishing method: Per-hospital announcements
