Best Times to Visit

🟢 Quieter times

No historical wait time data is currently available for this location. Generally, mid-morning on weekdays (Tuesday through Thursday) tends to see lower volumes at major urban emergency departments. If your condition is not immediately life-threatening, arriving earlier in the day may result in shorter waits.

🔴 Busier times

No historical data is available to confirm peak periods at this specific ED. As a general pattern, Friday and Saturday evenings, Monday mornings, and holiday periods tend to be the busiest times at large urban emergency departments. VGH also receives provincial referrals around the clock, so volume can be unpredictable regardless of day or time.
