• Patients are seen based on medical urgency, not order of arrival, so be prepared for variable wait times depending on the severity of cases ahead of you.
• If you need a prescription filled after your visit, the Concordia Community Pharmacy is conveniently located on the ground floor across from the Community Clinic.
• Use the dedicated Urgent Care drop-off loop to safely drop off patients at the entrance, then move your vehicle promptly to the paid parking lot to keep the driveway clear.
• If you have a minor concern and can wait until evening, the Extended Hours Primary Care Clinic (Room 127A) is open weekday evenings and all day on weekends and holidays, and may have shorter waits than the Urgent Care Centre.
