• This campus has an Urgent Care Centre, not a full Emergency Department — for life-threatening emergencies, trauma, stroke, or cardiac events, go to St. Joseph's Charlton Campus ED at 50 Charlton Ave E or call 911.
• Ambulances do not transport patients to this Urgent Care — if you require ambulance transport, you will be directed to the Charlton Campus.
• Upon arrival, take a number from the Qmatic machine at the Urgent Care entrance and wait to be called based on severity of symptoms.
• Urgent Care closes at 10:00 PM — if your condition arises after hours, proceed to the Charlton Campus Emergency Department.
• For scheduled clinic appointments, arrive 15–30 minutes early and bring your valid Ontario health card.
