The ER is equipped to assess and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, making it the primary emergency resource for Hanover and surrounding municipalities. Patients requiring highly specialized care such as complex cardiac procedures, neurosurgery, or advanced pediatric intervention may be transferred to a larger regional centre.
