The Riverside Campus has two surface parking lots: Lot A outside the main entrance at 1967 Riverside Dr, and Lot B outside the Medical Building at 1919 Riverside Dr. Both are accessed from Riverside Dr — note that the Smyth Rd vehicular access to the visitor lot is permanently closed. All lots use a Pay-by-Licence-Plate meter system with tap-and-go payment and support the Flowbird mobile app. Accessible parking spaces are available in all lots at standard parking rates. Parking passes are transferable between patients and families across all Ottawa Hospital campuses.
The Riverside Campus is accessible by OC Transpo with nearby stops at Riverside, Smyth/Riverside, and Alta Vista/Billings served by multiple routes including Routes 10, 49, 88, 90, 92, 98, and 105. Use the OC Transpo Trip Planner to find the best route. Para Transpo accessible transit service is also available. Pedestrians and cyclists can access the campus from Smyth Rd via a multi-use pathway running between the 1919 Riverside Dr building and the transitway.
