Windsor Regional Hospital – Met Campus, located at 1995 Lens Avenue in Windsor, Ontario, is one of the city's two full-service acute care campuses and part of Ontario's 11th largest hospital system. The Met Campus Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering complex trauma care, cardiac and stroke services, intensive care, and dedicated mental health assessments including psychiatric evaluations. With 290 beds on site and a wide range of specialty services, this campus is the appropriate destination for serious and complex medical emergencies across Windsor and Essex County.

Yes. The Met Campus Emergency Department provides psychiatric assessments conducted by a Psychiatrist. Based on that assessment, patients may be discharged with a care plan or admitted to the on-site Mental Health Department. This campus also serves children 15 and under for urgent mental health presentations.
