Le Centre de réadaptation en déficience intellectuelle, trouble du spectre de l'autisme et en déficience physique Thérèse-Martin, situé à Rivière-Ouelle dans la région du Kamouraska, est un centre spécialisé offrant des services d'adaptation, de réadaptation et d'intégration sociale aux personnes de tout âge vivant avec une déficience intellectuelle, un TSA ou une déficience physique (motrice, auditive, visuelle ou langagière). Ce n'est pas un hôpital ni un département d'urgence — les services sont offerts sur référence seulement, du lundi au vendredi. Le centre fait partie du CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent et accueille environ 130 patients dans des locaux entièrement rénovés de 6 500 m².
