Parking near the Emergency Department is accessed via 16th Avenue. Payment terminals accepting cash, credit, or debit are located at the hospital entrance on 16th Avenue; exit barriers accept Visa or Mastercard for hourly parking. A drop-off/pick-up zone is available at the main entrance on 16th Avenue. The speed limit on hospital grounds is 10 km/h. Frequent-user passes are available for outpatients visiting at least 10 times per month through the Parking Customer Service Office.

From Lionel-Groulx metro station, take the 491 bus to Provost and 10th Avenue, then walk down Provost and turn left on 13th Avenue. From Angrignon metro station, take the 198 bus to Provost and 16th Avenue, then walk down 16th Avenue to the hospital. Bus line 191 also serves the hospital. STM's paratransit (door-to-door) service is available for eligible patients at all MUHC sites.
